We want you to be happy with Quiznova. If you're not, you can get your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment — your first payment or a yearly renewal — for any reason. When a refund is made, the paid plan ends and your account returns to the free features. Your quizzes, classes and results are kept.

After 14 days

After 14 days, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or if a serious fault on our side stopped you using Quiznova. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.

Stopping renewal

Plans renew automatically each year. Turn renewal off any time in Your account → Membership, or with the link in any receipt email. We'll never charge you after you turn it off.

How to ask

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt email or use paddle.net to find your order. You can also write to contact@infoleen.in and we'll arrange it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
